Frollicles Natural Hair Studio is the first natural hair salon in the city of Ibadan. We provide excellent hair care, styling, consultation, and hair product sales.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk / Admin Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person or on the phone and ensure that they are serviced by the right attendant.
• Maintenance of a safe and clean reception area.
• Accurate booking of hair appointments.
• Management of social media pages.
• Issuance of invoices & receipts to customers.
• Accurate record-keeping of ALL transactions.
• Effective handling of customer complaints, feedback, or issues in a highly professional manner.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet to manage everyday duties like bookings, orders, stocktaking, processing. payments and bookkeeping.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but OND accepted with some related experience.
• 1- 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Great communication skills both written and oral.
• Great interpersonal relationship.
• Good with time management.
• Preferably resides in Bodija, Ibadan, and environs.

Salary
N30,000 - N35,000 monthly.
