Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers on Snapchat & FoxPush in Nigeria in order to aid customers in their success using our product.
• This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
• Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform.
• Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  Create, implement new innovative strategies  for  business growth.
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing- database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
  In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Creative ability with excellent analytical abilities.
• Experience in managing previous digital account.
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
• Paid Ads experience and Social Media Savvy.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
