Description

• We are looking for Backend / Full Stack Developers to produce scalable software solutions. Ad a Backend Developer you will be responsible for the server side of our web applications.
• As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries.
• You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities

• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Manage testing and bug fixes
• Prepare technical documentation
• Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
• Write effective, scalable code
• Build efficient back-end features in Python.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
• Proven experience (at least 4 years) as a Backend / Fullstack Developer or similar role
• As a Fullstack Devloper: Knowledge of multiple front-end languages, frameworks and libraries
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Great attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• An analytical mind.

Tech Stack:

• Node.js or python
• Fullstack: Angular/ React.js
• Solid experience as Python Developer
• Experience with Python frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask, Bottle)
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and REST API
• Understanding of databases and SQL
• Knowledge of JavaScript and the AngularJS framework is a plus.
