We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Responsible for staff recruitment, training, assessment, staff relations and other daily work;
• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
• Anticipate the needs of the company in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience;
• Knowledge of national labor regulations, employee insurance and other laws
• Experience working in the Lagos Free Trade Zone and understand the laws and regulations in the Free Trade Zone.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
