Job Title: Head of Production (Male)

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Cross checking the quality control parameters of product prior to production to confirm it meet standard.
• Production of good quality product promptly.
• Enforcement of Good Manufacturing Practice and organization of training of staff on HACCP implementation committee.
• Generate weekly report
• Proper monitoring and supervision of processing operation
• Handling of after sales services on food products
• Ensuring all packaging materials supplied meet specification before acceptance for usage on line.
• Ensuring that every unit of product is properly coded, labelled, filled and sealed in accordance with SOPs.
• Documentation of daily production quality performance report and hand over note.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 8 - 10 years work experience.
• The ideal candidate must be a Male and should be residing on the Mainland.
• Candidate outside Lagos would not be considered for the job.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
