Job Title: Senior Chef

Location: Ikeja and Victoria Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare variety of cuisine
• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Inform wait staff about daily specials
• Ensure appealing plate presentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
• 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Proven work experience as a Chef in a reputable Restaurant or Hotel.
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers).
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
