They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategic plans and objectives using cutting edge project planning and management tools.
• Oversee the daytoday operations of the company to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of organisational processes/procedures to achieve corporate goals.
• Identify and nurture relationships with prospective investors, stakeholder groups and referral contacts within targeted market areas to increase awareness of the company’s product & service offerings.
• Develop, manage, and coordinate the implementation of an integrated business plan through the Executive Management Team to optimize market share and profitability of both existing and new business opportunities.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage the achievement of the company’s sales and marketing goals and objectives while overseeing the performance of the sales and marketing team.

Qualification / Experience

• First Degree in Estate Management, Property / Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration / Management or any business related course.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Estate Management or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Between 15  20 years’ relevant work experience in a facility management company with minimum of 810 years’ experience either as a Managing Director, COO or a member of the Executive level management team.
• Prior experience successfully managing and providing visionary leadership to diverse teams while displaying an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Sound Understanding & Knowledge of the Facility Management Sector.
