Role Profile

• We're seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will lead a dynamic team of engineers to solve the many challenges and puzzles that come with our rapidly evolving technological goals. In this role, you will provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business.
• Here, you will take complete, end-to-end ownership of projects across the entire stack. Our ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages, security and technology trends.
• You'll be leading a small team working at the forefront of new technology, solving the challenges that impact both the front end and back-end architecture, and ultimately, deliver amazing global products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO to define, prioritize and realize product roadmap
• Managing in-house engineering team, contracted development partners, and head the integrations of partner API's to our platform
• Driving performance, efficiency and effectiveness of engineering and product development team
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of dev experience building large-scale software applications in Fintech, Banking, Healthcare, Telecoms, SaaS, OEM or IT Services.
• Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
• Experience developing strategy for using technological resources, and evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA and/or M.Sc Degree
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Strategic thinking
• Problem-solving aptitude.

Salary
N350,000 - N650,000 Monthly.
