Job Title: High Call Volume Telesales & Customer Representative

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Experience with managing high volume of incoming and outgoing to sell hair-care products to prospective customers or clients.
• Explains product's benefits, features and history to customers
• Influences potential customers to buy hair care products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and product up-sells
• Deal and resolve any customer complaints.
• Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and up-sell other products within the time limits;
• Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, proof of payment with each logistics partner
• Respond to customers’ enquiries via email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
• Follow up with customer to ensure sales target, follow up with logistics partner so that delivery of products and remittance is done on schedule and on time.

Task:

• Effectively meets daily metrics with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

Strict Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND / OND.
• Two (2) years or more experience in a heavy volume phone transaction based environment in a Contact/Call Center
• Experience with using CRM e.g Zoho
• Ability to counter customer objections
• Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
• Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone
• Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus.

Salary
N700,000 - N1,000,000 annually.
