Job Title: Head of School

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Overview

• A Head of School who is convinced that they fit into the school's vision and is interested in starting a rewarding career with the school.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the school.
• Engages in the review, planning, implementation, and monitoring of the curriculum.
• Formulates and implements school improvement and growth strategies.
• Responsible for implementing a high standard of staff and student discipline in accordance with the schools' policy.
• Engages in monitoring, supervision, and performance of staff.
• Monitors the preparation and implementation of the school's budget.
• Engages in proper record-keeping of all academic and administrative processes.
• Manages the school's relationship with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Education from a recognized institution.
• M.Ed is an added advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 4 years experience as Head of School/Senior academic leadership or supervisory position.

• Tech-savvy
• Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria Certification (TRCN)

• Good interpersonal relationship.

Salary

• N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
