We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Application IT Support Intern

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Responsibilities

Conversant with the use of a computer
Ability to handle application and system issues
Providing software support to users across locations
Proficiency use of Microsoft office
Communicate with application users, addressing their complaints and providing prompt solutions
Experience in customer support (added advantage)
Identify and communicate specific areas of concerns (while relating with users) the organization needs to address
Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Knowledge of application software testing (a plus not compulsory)
Providing weekly report

Educational Requirements

B.Sc in Computer Science or in any related field
Must have completed NYSC.
0 - 1 year experience.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
