i. Possess a Doctorate degree in the relevant field

e) Applicants for the position of Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer I, and Lecturer l must possess a minimum of Masters degree (not MBA, MPA, MPhil) in the relevant field and three (3) years teaching experience in a university or similar institution.
