Job Description

• Come join Arnergy’s team and help improve distributed energy reliability to businesses and homes in Nigeria.
• As our agile product manager, you will be responsible for managing our digital products.
• You will ensure you bridge the gap between our business and product strategy, you will deliver products that address customer needs, remove market frictions and provide exceptional customer experience.
• You will consult with stakeholders and users to evaluate and document business requirements and other artifacts to build a market-leading product.
• The successful candidate will be a very energetic, tenacious and ambitious self-starter with a passion for building great products.

You’ll focus on:

• Driving our digital product strategy.
• Owning our digital products and managing our product life-cycle.
• Analyze market and industry trends and conditions to identify opportunities, gaps and frictions.
• Analyze feasibility, cost, and return on investment for product ideas
• Managing your product budget
• Defining pricing models
• Building financial models showing key operational metrics and revenue drivers
• Work closely with the development team and guide/coordinate activities associated with the development process.

Requirements & Skills
You'll be a good fit for this role if you satisfy the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science
• You understand agile product management approach with extensive experience with SCRUM, KABAN and LEAN methodologies.
• You are numbers driven with a sound commercial acumen.
• You understand product metrics with strong familiarity with CAC, TAU including user / business-oriented metrics.
• Perform in-depth market research and analysis to identify issues, frictions and/or opportunities.
• Define user stories, data mapping, process flow, and other artifacts to facilitate and drive product development.
• You are comfortable with agile tools such as Trello, Jira, Ms Office, Slack, Canva etc
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
• A reputable agile product owner / manager certification is a great asset
• Portfolio of successful products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the renewable energy industry and market trends
• Creative and passionate about creating solutions to customer problems
• Able to work manage a team of 5 people efficiently.
