We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource & Administrative Team Lead

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Supervise administrative part of the Logistics, process, and procedures
• Improve logistics administrative process and procedure
• Oversee Ikeja office administrative activities.
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures to staff.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, etc.

Requirements

• First Degree from a reputation University.
• 4 years experience.
• CIPM or CIPD licensed
• Great cordination and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in HR and Administration
• Great leader
• Great interpersonal skills.
