General Roles & Business Goal

• The role involves driving the Banks visibility by developing and driving strategies to grow client and public engagement across various social media and online channels.

Job Description

• Provide visuals for social media accounts.
• Provide 2D animation for social media accounts.
• Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software such as adobe photoshop
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Client officer

Key Performance Indicators

• Ensure quality and cost effectiveness of internal and external communications efforts.
• Support growth in followership and engagement across the Bank’s social media platforms in line with set targets.
• Support growth in web searches for the Bank and hits on our website in line with set targets.
• Support the drive to increase monthly Website Traffic in line with set targets.
• Support the drive to grow Sales Conversion Rate (SCR) for Call-to-Action Content in line with set targets.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree in related discipline
• Minimum of 2-3 years operational experience in Graphic Design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a good interpersonal skill.
• High Proficiency in the use of CORELDRAW, Photoshop.
• Proficiency inAdobe illustrator, Adobe After effects, Adobe Premier.
• Proficiency inAdobe XD.
• Proficiency in2D animation.
• Knowledge of UI / UX design is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Social Media management and analytics is and added advantage.
• Word Press and Web designing is an added advantage.
• Possess excellent communication (written and presentation) skills.
• Self-starter with mature analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Innovative and forward thinking, with a track record of executing new ideas.
• Must be technology and media-savvy.
• Creativity & innovation with an exceptional eye for details.
