We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Support the talent management team in recruitment and selection process.
• Conduct Pre, Post On-boarding Process and Employees Orientation Program, surveys etc
• Maintain and update Job descriptions for all roles, Organizational Chart of the Organization
• Support in KPIs/Goal setting process, quarterly and annual Performance appraisal, maintain all records
• Support in conducting Training and Development Programs, employee engagement activities
• Other HR Generalist role.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
• +2 Years work experience.
• Skills: Excellent in Excel, word, MS Office.
