Job Title: Salon Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee activities and salon operations.
• Assist in hiring and training staff as required.
• Arrange and manage the salon employee’s work schedules, considering seasonality for occasions and peak times.
• Maintain records of staff members which includes their salaries and working schedules.
• Advertise and promote services and offers via social media.
• Monitor stock and order products as and when required.
• Track the payments received from clients.
• Offer discount bundles and run online competitions to attract new clients.
• Ensure proper cleaning of salon equipment and tools after use and follow hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
• Maintain records of all transactions and present them to the CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Exceptional management and leadership skills
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Beauty Salon Manager, Beauty Therapist or a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
• Good numerical abilities.
• A keen eye on details.
• Good time management skills.

Salary

• N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
