Vantegral Consulting - Our client, a reputable Microfinance Bank, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer (Deposit and Loans Mobilizer)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Mobilize deposits from customers by encouraging them to service their accounts and by acquainting them with any promotions that the bank may have.
• Collect cash from customers for deposits and for loan repayments. Adhere to all the guidelines for cash collection set by the bank including but not limited to receipting, counter-signing, reporting, and cash counting.
• Responsible for review of customers’ financials and making recommendations for credit to be granted under various facilities for customers’ satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue and profitability goals.
• Evaluate credit worthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation
• Monitors active loans and enforce collection and recoveries
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals
• Source for deposit liabilities from individuals and corporate bodies, through the sale of specially designed investment products.
• Executes marketing strategy and develop marketing campaigns
• Initiate and maintain relationships with clients
• Coordinate the execution of business initiatives by identifying business opportunities and developing financing solutions to meet the needs of customers/clients
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management
