Job Description

• Collaborating with relevant parties to create a budget.
• Employing strategies to ensure the company’s growth.
• Implementing plans to address stock losses and theft.
• Generating financial reports.
• Conducting performance reviews judiciously and motivating staff.
• Effecting better business practices and managing marketing initiatives.
• Maximizing operating potential to exceed customers’ expectations and company goals.
• Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
• Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
• Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
• Identifying threats and opportunities.
• Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions.
• Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
• Monitoring and reporting on projects.
• Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business or related field, MBA is a must.
• Minimum of 12 years working experience with a good brand
• Must have successfully managing finances, operations, or strategies.
• ACCA certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Real Estate, Investment, Oil and Gas.
• Proficient ability to manage complex budgets.
• Proficient ethical leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to make business projections.
• Project management skills.
• Experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
• Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
