Job Title: Head Teacher

Location: Ogun

Job Description

• You are to handle the Critical part of the Business operation such as Marketing, Finance, and Operation and integrate techniques, tools and best practices to business operations and achieve desired business objectives.
• Manage the teaching and Non-Teaching Staffs
• Ensure the teachers are executing their job in line with the vision of the school
• Ensure lesson plans/Notes are submitted for review regularly
• Put measures in place to manage the internal and external operation
• Ensure all the resources the teachers need to be productive at work are met
• Attend to compliance and regulatory bodies Issues
• Be open to business and ready to partner with other external bodies/ groups
• Maintain a high Moral standard while dealing with both internal and external groups
• Engaging your Student and staff to assess and evaluate their Learning
• Maintain a good relationship with the Parents.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc is required
• MSc is an added advantage
• 3 - 7 years of Work Experience in a school
• Must have compassion and empathy
• Must be calm and possess the ability to handle calm and irate parents
• Highly organized with Good leadership Skills
• Applicants must reside in Ogun State.
