Job Title: Accountant, Internal Finance

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are currently looking for motivated and team-oriented professional for the position of Accountant for the Internal Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing the accounting data into company accounting system;
• Preparing accounting documentation;
• Preparing summary information/reports to various parties on a regular basis;
• Preparing payments to various parties;
• Provide ongoing support to deployed or existing reporting solutions.
• AP – booking of project expenses;
• Administrative tasks – collection of invoices, distribution of payment confirmation etc;
• Administrative support of the reconciliation process, documents filing;
• Preparing routine correspondence.

Requirements
Specific requirements for this position:

• University Degree or 4th year student in Accounting / Finance or similar;
• 1 - 2 years of relevant accounting experience will be considered as advantage;
• Ability to communicate and interact well with clients and colleagues;
• Very good level of English;
• Very good computer literacy;
• Desire to develop in Accounting and Finance area;
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Willingness and ability to work in a team, under pressure and meet deadlines.
