HR Aid Consults - Our client, a Training Firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Learning Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide training assistant to training facilitators.
• Responsible for the end-to-end management and implementation of learning programs in line with defined standards.
• Monitor the entire training delivery process and ensure that all training participants are comfortable with the training delivery process.
• Coordinate and manage all activities/logistics (flawlessly) involved in training implementation.
• Prepare timely post-training implementation report in line with agreed service level agreement.

Requirements

• B.Sc in any field
• 0-1 year experience in any role
• Proximity to Gbagada will be preferred.
• SMART with a good attitude to learn
• Must be willing to work
• Good oral and written communication.

Salary
NGN70,000 Monthly.
