Job Title: Warehouse and Inventory Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
This is not limited to the following;

  • The Warehouse and Inventory Officeris expected to demonstrate leadership, analytical, excellent customer service and effective communication skills.

The following will be measured outcomes for the Warehouse and Inventory Officer.

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staffmembers.
  • Check inventory records for accuracy.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is workingand properlymaintained.
  • Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another locations
  • Find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business
  • Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
  • Keeps track of information in order to keep businesses and supply chains on schedule
  • Ensure proper scheduling, maintaining the flow of stock to stores and inventory control.
  • Providing full administrative support to the Fashion and Retail Merchandising team
  • Updating and monitoring outlets stock level for re stocking on QuickBooks.
  • Reconciling stock discrepancies in the stores
  • Provide support to all business units including administrative, financial and human resource departments

Qualification / Experience / Skills

  • Candidates should possess an HND, BA qualification
  • Equivalent experience in related field acceptable as well
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience or demonstrated high level ofsuccess.
  • Experience of operating within a medium to largeorganization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software.
  • Adept problem solver and decisionmaker.
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written.
  • Diligent andproactive.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects anddeadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of officeprocedures
  • Business acumen andinterest.
  • Organizational skills and ability to managedeadlines.
  • Team workingability.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Integrity.
  • Excellent oral and writer communicationskills
  • Strong attention to detail and commercialawareness
  • Operations officers prioritize and manage available resources, such as personnel and revenue.
  • Demonstrated track record of projectmanagement.
