We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Preferably Female)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Functions
Some of the core job functions of this role include:

• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
• Make refreshments for guests
• Ensure reception area is tidy
• Co-ordinate front office activities
• Answer inquiries from clients and guests professionally
• Receive correspondence on behalf of staff

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Excellent Communication and Inter-personal Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools is an added advantage.
