Job Title: Training / Research Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Summary

• In this role, you will assist the Lead Consultant in the assessment and development of training courses. You will also contribute to the administration and coordination of training functions, organise, format, collate materials, and process the evaluations of courses.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Lead Consultant to create written and visual training manuals.
• Coordinate the day-to-day administration and logistics of the scheduled face-to-face and online training courses.
• Set up and support the delivery of online training courses.
• Undertake administrative preparation of course materials in liaison with the Lead Consultant.
• Conduct research for the development of new courses when required.
• Align methodologies with research goals using a range of tools to acquire information.
• Support the Lead Consultant with modifying existing courses when necessary
• Collate materials and ensure the smooth running of all courses.
• Write up reports and present findings and schedules to the Lead Consultant.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Experience with or willingness to learn how to use webinar software and e-learning platforms
• Good numerical skills
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have a creative capability of finding sources
• Ability to listen effectively for details.
• Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task and prioritize.

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
