Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Create and implement business strategies to help meet organizational goals
• Plan, develop, implement and monitor company-wide initiatives.
• Develop programs to create brand awareness; and provide tools to clients that make them as loyal clients.
• Responsible for developing and engaging corporate client partners on the organizations products and services (idea framing and presentation skills)
• Responsible for initiating, progressing and maintaining agreements with other Health organizations and partners (eg. HMOs, Laboratories, Hospitals etc.)
• Collaborate and develop improvement plans, monitor progress and delegate employee assignments.
• Manage the company budget and ensure that the facility is well-equipped to provide top of the line service while remaining mindful of the bottom line.
• Meet with clients/patients and their families to ensure their needs are being met and resolve any issues or complaints that arise.
• Coordinate client care plans by liaising with care providers and medical professions to ensure patient needs are met.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Serve as a liaison among the board and department coordinators.
• Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations and department activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of related experience.

• Able to motivate others, command respect, challenge staff and make sure that processes and procedures are maintained.
