Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Ifako, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Developing business plans aimed at long-term business sustainability
• Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets/ regions/States.
• Improving the quality of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Negotiating new contracts with suppliers or customers on behalf of the company
• Preparing detailed budgets that improve the cost-efficiency of the business
• Short-listing, interviewing and selecting candidates for vacant job positions within the company
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, economic policies and changing markets
• Working with other company managers to create a long-term company strategy
• Ability to confidently hold meetings with high-profile clients, board members and senior management.
• Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations regarding employment and contracts
• Excellent knowledge of the company’s operational policies and procedures
• Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.
• Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
• Productivity, Efficiency Driven, and implementing business strategies.
• Managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee company efficiency

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree
• The Successful Business Manager should have a minimum of two years of experience working in business operations or administration
• At least one year working in a Team Leader or management role to demonstrate desired leadership talent
• At least 2 years experience in a management position and or as under-study
• Outstanding leadership abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight, ability to identify opportunities for growth.

Salary

• N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
