Job Title: Social Media Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

• Promote and sell company products, manage all social media platforms, provide, recommendations on additional services and or retail products that would maximize customer satisfaction.
• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
• Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
• Interacting, booking, and confirming appointments with returning and prospective customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
• Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
• Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
• Setting key performance indicators (KPI’s) for social media campaigns, such as a target for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPI’s

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content creation, and photo editing.
• Experience with the Beauty/Hair Industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Canva, Lightroom, Vsco, Instagram Reels, and google workspace.
• Team player and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work late and on weekends.
• Communications & Interpersonal relations
• Problem-solving & Decision making.
• Sales Focus.
