Job Title: Front Desk Officer / Customer Service Executive

Job Description

  • Manage all receptionist tasks such as greet our guests, schedule appointments, handle queries and complaints. You will also be required to take on clerical tasks such as receiving packages, sorting mails and emails. Assist with increasing the efficiency of the office workflow.
  • As a Customer Service Representatives interacts with customers and provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
  • Assist with Digital Marketing and Social Media handle management

Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent the company as the first point of contact to guests; greet and welcome with warmth and courtesy as they come and go. Be pleasant while interacting with guests. Maintain a visitor’s logbook.
  • Handle effective queries and address complaints.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Answering telephone calls and transferring to appropriate departments based on their queries. Take messages and pass them on to the receiver.
  • Effectively manage the mailing systems of the company, receiving packages, deliveries, and letters, regularly check and sort emails.
  • Assist with handling protocol and passage matters e.g., making travel arrangements or any other administrative help.
  • Assist with attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and direct to the Business team for onward follow-up.
  • Assist with generating sales leads even if you aren’t directly involved with selling.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint after verifying its validity.
  • Determining customers’ issues, explaining the best possible solution, and ensuring it is being handled in compliance with the company’s guidelines and policies.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer information and filing documents and paperwork.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications or any of the Humanities.
  • 2 to 4years prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.
  • Must be customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Strong communication skills accompanied with excellent listening skills and patience to have smooth interactions with customers either on-call or in-person
  • Thorough knowledge of the product or service being advertised.
  • Problem-solving ability with analytical skills and conflict resolution skills are a must.
  • Must be social media savvy and ability to manage the company’s digital presence.
  • Must know how to use office machinery and work tools relevant to the effectiveness of role including basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication, written, and people skills.
  • Good multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills.
