We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Location: Gbagada, Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
• One year field sales experience.
• Strong communication and written skill
• Must be smart and presentable.
• Ready and willing to learn
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and goal oriented.
• Result oriented and able to use the computer.
• Any gender can apply
• Candidate should live on the Mainland.

Salary & Other Benefits

• N40,000 Monthly Basic Salary and 5% commission on every sales made.
• HMO, Mobile device plus Airtime and data.
