Primary Responsibilities

• Safely perform pre-job duties, well-site operations and post-job duties and shop to ensure safety and successful completion
• Training and mentoring of junior operators to help share knowledge and up-skill your team.
• Overseeing your assigned unit to ensure effective planning, preparation and readiness
• Perform and supervise operators crew on tasks associated with a typical Wireline job, which include planning and preparation, load-out and backload, etc and complete paperwork
• Maintain and supervise the maintenance of tools and equipment, clean-up of facilities and work locations in a presentable and working condition.
• Directly responsible for the Winch Activity of Wireline Unit during all duration of the field operation.
• Perform Wireline cable tests and re-heads, and preventative maintenance.
• Demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform various Wireline functions including winch operation, basic depth control, and tension

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Have at least 10 years relevant industry experience in Wireline Services operations - Cased Hole Onshore and Offshore experience
• Must possess experience in the operation and maintenance of Wireline Surface Pressure Control Equipment
• Must possess experience in operation, rig up and down of pipe recovery, perforation, setting tools in the cased hole, thru-tubing and advanced slickline services
• Great communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in the use of MS-office and other productivity tools.
• Strong Numerical and IT skills.
