Ameera Ventures Limited (BakerySupplies.ng) is an FMCG retail and distribution company, representing manufacturers of bakery ingredients and tools from different parts of the world.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant (Internal Control)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Review expenses and monitor budget and sales performances
• Stock evaluation and reconciliation
• Prepare management reports, financial statements, and account reconciliation statements
• Inventory price control in line with company strategy
• Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices
• Tax Computation and remittances
• HR costs management
• Field sales stocking and payments monitoring
• Review of vehicle(s) audit report for effective logistics decisions
• Prepare relevant journals for annual audit

Requirements

• A Second Class upper Degree or its equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role
• Excellent understanding of Accounting principles and relevant tax laws
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and other relevant software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service orientation and good negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• MUST reside in Ajah and or its environs.
