Job Title: General Manager

Location: LASU / Igando, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate business/product development strategy and market penetration/expansion strategies for fast sales growth
• Direct the execution of marketing strategies and programs to increase network base
• Lead, motivate, develop and manage all staff to set targets and perform to the fullest of their capacity and capability to achieve the highest sales and profitability for the company
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
• Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
• Developing and implementing business growth strategies and plans
• Direct the execution of marketing strategies and programs to increase network base.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification
• MBA.

Knowledge:

• Blend of marketing, sales, technical and finance
• Strong understanding of business operations
• Industry related knowledge.

Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience working in a general manager’s role
• Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics and Personal care
• Cross functionalexperience, eg. sales, operations, engineering, etc.
• Selling services
• Nigerian market.
