Job Title: Lounge Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

The Position

• We are looking for a Lounge Manager whose responsibility is to oversee the activities of the bar and lounge; maintain high standards of beverage quality, service and marketingto maximize profits through outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

Job Description

• Oversee the operation of the lounge and maintain high level of hygiene within it
• Build good relationship with clientele in order to drive sales
• Develop strategic marketing plans to promote the business to profit maximization level
• Develop re-order level for supplies of liquor, beer and wine to replenish shortages
• Oversee lounge activities and events ensuring smooth deliveries.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Humanities or Social Sciences (Second class Upper) from a reputable University.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Preferably Female( Beautiful and Attractive).
• Be between 26 – 32 years.
• Must have had 3 - 7 years post NYSC Experience in relevant field.
