Job Title: HR Executive (Group Business)

Job Summary

• Our client is looking to recruit a good HR Executive for their Goup of Companies

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Will be in charge of all the company subsidiaries
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process thoroughly.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Will handle the Organization Labour Law and HR global practice.
• Conduct HR research, track and analyze metrics and suggest insight to improve decision making.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Relation, Human Resource, Psychology and any related relevant degree.
• Must have MBA degree preferrably.
• Female preferably
• Should have managed HR department of a company with subsidiaries.
• Minimum of 10 years proven working experience as HR Executive in a Group of Company
• Must have a background in Law.
• Must be good with HR analytics report andHR processes.
• Must be good at strategic planing, manpower planing and business analytics
• Ability to audit HR processes in line with the business
• Must have any of the HR Certifications (CIPM, SHRM, aPHRi, PHRi, SHRi)
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law.
