Job Title: Accounting Officer

Location: Gbagada / Shomolu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements.
• Maintain efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.
• Prepare, send and store the record of invoices on time.
• Contact clients to update them about balance payments.
• Prepare records of minutes of meeting.
• Assisting in the collection and preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed inventory records.
• Onboarding new staff.
• Weekly stock taking(every Saturday)
• Daily balancing of accounts( staff send in sales reports everyday, sometimes it does not tally with bank credits and finding the loopholes is very tasking)
• Preparing payroll and salaries and making the necessary deductions and awarding bonus based on our predefined ground rules.
• Tracking expenses. Very important. Bookkeeping basically.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND with 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Ability to work remotely
• Understanding basic accounting principles.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
