Job Title: Experienced Pastry Shop Manager

Location: Owerri, Imo

Essential Requirements

• HIND or Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Academic Institution
• Medical Certificate of Fitness as Food Handler.
• Minimum of 5 years of similar position or experience
• Quality Control Assurance experience preferred.
• Ability to work with flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple departments toward maximum productivity
• Ability to profer creative solutions to problems and to teach, train and mentor subordinates on ways forward.
• Demonstrated experience in equipment maintenance and production floor management
• Excellent leadership skills with hands-on approach, and the lead by example work style.
