Job Description

• We are looking to hire a 'Business Trainee' responsible for both internal and external clients of the organization helps in Conducting research.
• Applicant must be familiar and adhere to the organizational policies and initiate meetings regularly with the supervisor and receive feedback on the progress of the training program till completion.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on the job training wherever possible.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and teambuilding events.
• Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
• Compiling reports and making presentations.
• Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
• Researching and accessing new learning resources as necessary

Qualifications

• ON D / HND / B.Sc in Business / Management based disciplines is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• Must be open to learning.
