Job Description

• We are seeking a HR Recruiter who has experience in hiring drivers with sales experience to join our growing organization, who will act as the first point of contact for client and company management on all issues related to human resources. You will conduct cold calls and use search engines to discover new drivers and inform them of the awesome perks we have to offer our employees in this position.
• Prior to scheduling their orientation and road tests, you will pre-screen these applicants to ensure they fulfill all driver recruitment requirements and corporate standards.
• In addition, our ideal applicant must be familiar with using social media platforms to recruit as well as sell the company services to prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have a clientele of prospective clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Find potential candidates who meet the driver recruitment and our company's requirements.
• Pre-screen candidates.
• Inform applicants about our company's operations and benefits.
• Schedule driver orientations and road tests ahead of time.
• Present, promote and sell our products and services using solid points to existing and prospective clients.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Use social media sites and other search engines to generate leads.
• Create and manage referral or recruiting programs.

Job Requirements

• Having a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is a plus.
• 1 - 5 years work experience.
• Experience in sales or recruiting.
• Experience in trucking or transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Computer literacy is required.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly
