Summary

• They require the services of a self-motivated and results-driven Head of Marketing to drive business development and manage our organization's business activities whilst developing and implementing effective business strategies and programs.
• Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and meet overall growth objectives.
• Allocate budget resources and formulate business development policies.
• Support business operations, monitor and track sales.
• Manage existing and build new business relationships
• Engage with vendors.
• Hire and train sales and marketing employees.
• Lead business development efforts and monitor financial activities.
• Develop and implement growth strategies.
• Evaluate performance and productivity.
• Generate reports and give presentations.

Person Specification

• Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration.
• Exceptional budgeting and finance skills.
• Superior knowledge of digital business functions.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Relationship and client management skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
