Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

• We seek an Operations Officer with excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• The candidate, preferably a female, must be open-minded and should be proficient in using internet search engines, Microsoft Office tools, specifically, excel, word and PowerPoint.
• The role requires the potential employee to work from home.
• The work will require a lot of computer time, therefore, interested candidates are required to have personal computers, unlimited internet access and unlimited source of power supply (e.g. generator).
• Remuneration will include an allocation for petrol (for generator) and internet services.

Job Outline / Job Summary
The list includes, but is not limited to:

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Investmentoperations
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Liaise with suppliers, clients and service providers
• Prepare, document, and file forms and reports
• Create and design contemporary products that are appropriate for each type of storefront
• Provide general client support
• Assist in developing marketing presentations and materials.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Years of Experience:

• Flexible (The person will go through a lot of training, but having previous work experience, work consistency/stability and the use of analytical tools or Microsoft tools, particularly excel and word is an added advantage)

Marital Status:

• Preferably married but we are open to any marital status. Focus is on stability / consistency.
