We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Location: Lagos
Reporting To: The Head of Marketing and Content Growth

Position Summary

• Pulse is looking for a Marketing Associate who will support the marketing and content team in creating and implementing online marketing strategies across Pulse markets.
• Our ideal candidate is able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting to create and implement online marketing strategies across markets
• Quarterly analysis of all Pulse social media platforms as well as gathering data on campaign success.
• Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events
• Assisting with market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience
• Gather data from research, analyze the information and maintain a database for reference.
• Actively participate and help organize the promotional events and campaigns organized by the company.
• Help to manage weekly tasks of marketing teams working in remote offices across Africa which includes:
  • Social media marketing campaigns and overall distributed content strategy implementation
  • Public relations initiative execution covering media partnerships and content distribution on the main Pulse pages
  • Monitoring the distribution of content across all online reach partners
• Assisting to create online training materials for marketing teams
• Conducting research to find new opportunities, analysing results to improve performance of metrics and keeping up to date with best practices and developments in the field of online marketing.

• Great project management skills - comfortable with using systems such as Google Workspace.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
