Job Description

• We are looking to recruit a qualified caretaker who is handy, reliable and can physically meet the demands of the job
• The Caretaker is expected to communicate with the manager in charge on a regular basis to provide updates on the condition of the property. This may be as informal as a phone call or may include keeping logs and submitting reports on a daily or weekly basis.
• Anytime something unforeseen occurs, such as a maintenance issue or vandalism the Caretaker must alert the owners as well

You'll typically need to:

• Ensure the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and well-being of guests.
• Develop and build positive relationships with guests
• Control a budget and finances, manage stock levels and order supplies

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, be flexible and organized
• Adaptability with good organizational skills
• Trustworthy and responsible
• Ability to remain calm and handle any emergencies that may arise
• The ability to work under pressure and to solve problems
• Exceptionally patient, good at listening and responding to others' needs
• Proficient in domestic chores such as and cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures relevant to the role, such as housing, health and safety, cleanliness practices and waste management, will put you at an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Entry-level candidates with one or more years of experience may be required.
• Preferably Male candidates only.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
