We retail a range of dried fruit snacks across over 400 locations in Nigeria and have exported our products to Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, and Belgium. We also retail on Amazon.com. Job Summary

• We are currently seeking an innovative and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our growing company.
• The ideal candidate will collaborate with other members of the marketing team to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase ReelFruit’s reach.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software including but not limited to Photoshop to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meets marketing goals.
• Obtain input from the team, ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations and express ideas accurately.
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload.
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the team for a wide range of materials that may include web banners, marketing collateral, internal communication designs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Translate strategic direction into the high-quality design within ReelFruit’s established brand identity.
• Develop concepts and execute original content determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system.
• Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications.
• Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Marketing or any related discipline to functional work or role with at least 3 years relevant work experience.

As the Graphics Designer, you'll need to show:

• Knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools
• Practical experience with Adobe Photoshop, content creation etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability research and adapt to content creation trends.
• Ability to quickly learn and process information.
