Auditor at Raedial Farms Limited

Raedial Farms was incorporated in Nigeria and has been in existence for over a decade, engaging in full-fledged farming activities ranging from Livestock Farming to Palm plantation farming, spread over more than 2000 acres of land. Our business activities include seedling, planting, and processing fresh fruit bunches to produce sustainable Crude Palm Oil (CPO), Palm Kernel Oil (PKO), and Palm Kernel Cake (PKC) in our mills that are technologically advanced and energy self-sufficient. We are in the final stages of acquiring 15,000 acres of existing palm plantations; - a 5000 acre and a 10,000-acre palm plantation, each respectively equipped with state-of-the-art milling technology and located in southern Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Auditor

Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
• Plan and oversee the auditing process
• Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors
• Obtain,analyseand evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
• Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance
• Perform effective risk and control assessments
• Complete audits on time and submit reports to auditing manager
• Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
• Coordinate periodical audits.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Accounting or Finance; Master's Degree and professional certification (e.g. ICAN, CNA) are pluses
• 3 - 5 years proven experience as an auditor
• In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices
• Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Integrity and reliability.
