Giantability Media Network, publishers of Livinghope magazine and general printing contractors, has its headquarters domiciled in Indianapolis, IN, USA. The Livinghope international magazine was established in 1997 and started off as a Christian magazine. It has 19 editions of the magazine published as a Christian magazine while the 20th and the 21st editions are secular and represent a departure from the religious to the secular. Giantability Media Network also is the owner of a YouTube channel, known as GiantabilityTV, with two news websites which are: www.giantability.com and www.giantabilityforum.com. A tour of our websites provides you with relevant information about all of our activities. Interestingly, we publish the Livinghope magazine in both online and hardcopy formats. The organization also runs an online shop known as the Shop Giantability at www.shopgiantability.com.

The mission of the Livinhope magazine is to give hope to the hopeless by serving a meal of hope on a platter of love. This objective we try to achieve using our social media platforms, which include the websites, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The organization is also into book publication with one of its products as "The Diving Guidance: A Lifetime of Fear." We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Videographer / Video Editor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Videographer will be a key member of the GiantabilityTV team, supporting the video production of Giantability Media Network. In the Videographer / Editor role you will be assisting our Director to execute lighting and camera diagrams, operate cameras and basic video switchers, edit some of our content and manage our data and back-ups.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit video content
• Some motion graphic development.
• Set up cameras, lighting and equipment for the filming sessions.
• Manage and keep the studios and equipment organized.
• Manage Footage Data, Back Up upload to our cloud servers.
• Records and edits video footage and sound projects, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics (Titles, lower thirds and bullet points) adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.

Requirements

• Strength in storytelling
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of pacing or timing
• Experience with talking head / interview multi-camera productions
• Able to leverage music as an emotional element
• Expertise in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Suite
• Proficient in Lighting / Staging
• Able to work with geographically dispersed team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in live multi-camera switching.
• Basic Graphic Design skills.
• 3D Animations.
