Job Summary

• Whogohost is looking for a product leader to help build out a new online presence product for the next generation of business owners, entrepreneurs, and organizations.
• The next generation of businesses will compete by building outstanding brands and connecting directly with their customers. We invite you to be a key part of Whogohost 2.0.
• We are looking for a super-smart product person who wants to make their mark on a new online presence product that will be seen by millions of people.
• You will have full creative control, earn the trust of your team and Whogohost leadership to back you to do your magic.
• As a Product Owner at Whogohost, you will be in charge of shaping the direction of the product while rapidly understanding user tastes, needs, and trends.
• You will manage a Designer and Software Engineers to create delightful user experiences and functional services.
• You will be in charge of the end-to-end product experience from onboarding to analytics to international expansion.
• You'll report directly to the CEO.
• Most Whogohost employees are working remotely at this time.
• We are closely monitoring the status of COVID-19 as we continue our work to build a return-to-work plan that ensures a safe return to our offices and provides flexibility for our employees.

Job Duties

• Guide product development from conception to launch of the products and product features
• Establish and prioritize product goals,
• Develop an understanding of users by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing
• Build relationships with engineers and designers to create extraordinary products
• Partner with marketing and acquisition to launch new features, drive growth, virality and with customer operations to develop excellent support for customers, and with analytics to monitor engagement and evaluate product success

Person Specification & Additional Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
• 3+ years of experience developing technology-powered products in formal or informal capacities
• Strong design sense and an ability to code or manage developers.
• Understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
• Figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed way.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people management skills are compulsory.
