Job Description

• Grupa is hiring talents with 4 years experience to work hybrid (On-site & Off-site) with one of the largest African Banks in Nigeria.
• We are looking for someone who has worked with banks and has experience leading technical teams for immediate employment.

Expectations

• Evaluate complex situations using diverse sources of information
• Create project plans with team members.
• Supervise team members and ensure correct project time frames, estimates, and status reports.
• Create and manage methods of management, communication plans, and processes
• Conduct Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review and UAT.
• Prepare progress reports for product owners.
• Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
• Provide process improvement recommendations that are based on best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any IT-related discipline
• 4 years of relevant working experience in a finance project management setting- Good and effective communication and leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal skills so as to be able to relate with people or personnel from different units of the company
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of relevant IT applications
• Ability to build relationship across many fronts
• Ability to focus and pay attention to details at all times
• Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision
• Any other certification would be a plus.
