Job Description

• We need a Business development/Sales Manager with experience in Sales and Education to head Gtext Academy.
• You will be expected to stucture the team, manage customer segments, improve the business model and ultimately gear the academy towards sales generation.

Job Role / Responsibilities

• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
• Researching prospective accounts in target markets
• Develop and oversee the curriculum of the academy.
• Collaborate in collecting, analyzing, the creation and revision all academic data analysis and intervention programs.
• Assessment Management: maintain calendar, content and academydata
• Overseeingand managingschool wide curriculum and assessment
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

Job Skills / Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• 5 years work experience.
• A Master's Degree in Marketing or its related field will be an added advantage.
• Proven years of experiencein sales, marketing or related field.
• Experience in the education sector is a must.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
