Job Description

• This opening is ideal for an analytical, well-spoken, and driven individual who strives to be a part of a young, dynamic and ambitious team that is quickly growing into choice fashion brand in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budget performance
• Act as the reporting line head for the Production Manager and Marketing and Customer Experience Officer and ensure they deliver on their assigned responsibilities
• Maintaining and reviewing financial records
• Handling and processing expense payments
• Managing petty cash for daily business operations
• Coordinate with the courier and logistics partner and internal teams to deliver client orders
• Training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
• Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed
• Analysing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies
• Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives
• Generating reports and presenting information to the Chief Executive Officer
• Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Business, Management, or related field with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Time and project management skills.
• Ability to analyse processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
• Strong ownership mindset
• Willingness to take on more responsibilities.

Salary
N55,000 - N75,000 Monthly.
